Random overextrusion with PS but not with Cura

Hi,

I have some wierd issues with PS (tried both 2.2 and 2.3 RC2). I am printing on a heavily modified Anycubic Delta with an BMG extruder and a Mosquito hotend. Since the prints with CURA are okay I don't think, that it's an hardware or filament issue. (This is white PLA from dasfilament)

E-Steps are calibrated and printing a cube in spiral mode produces wall thicknesses like what I set in extrusion width.

That's the first layer of a cube (+first inner permiter of layer 2 ... was too slow to stop the print).

The print starts okay in the lower corner, then there is some underextrusion and then the nozzle extrudes way to much filament. This happens only on all solid infills as far I can tell. Perimeters and (none-solid) infills looking good.

Here is the project file (sliced with PS 2.3rc2): 20mm_calibration_cube

This is a a print of a cube in spiral mode, which looks good besides the layers with the solid infill:

Has anyone an idea what's causing this?
