PS2.3.0 Has a new set of system presets for FlashForge Creator PRO 2 IDEX printer, but printer can't read the output files
I have a FFC PRO2 IDEX printer and was delighted to see that PS2.3.0 features a set of system presets for the printer - yay!
So today I started testing by loading up a 20mm cal cube into PS with the 'Creator Pro E2 left only extrusion' printer selected, and saved the resulting '.gcode' (note - should be a '.g' file, I think) onto a flash card and tried to print it. The printer refused, with 'print file read failed'. Then I tried just changing the extension from '.gcode' to '.g', and that didn't work either - same 'print file read failed' error.
I have attached the output from S3D for a 20mm cal cube that prints fine on my FFCP2, and the same model as output from PS2.3 using the FFCP2 'left extrusion only' printer configuration setting. As you can see, they are pretty different.
Has anyone actually gotten this set of system settings for the FFCP2 to work?

I discovered a mistake in my FFCP2 cal cube output from S3D - I inadvertently left in a 3mm printing gap from a previous job, so the cal cube started printing 3mm off the print plate - oops. Here is a new ZIP file with the corrected file, and I also added the original .STL file

Did this profile get removed in the later versions of PS? Looking at both 2.4.2 and 2.5alpha, I dont' see FF as a Vendor:

This is what I see when I use the Config Wizard to look at my configuration for Prusa 2.4.2:
"Flashforge FFF" is shown under 'Other Vendors'. However, I believe it is there on my setup because I followed the process described by Prusa to add a custom printer to the configuration as described in this post on my blog site. Hope this helps,

Ahh, I thought you meant 2.3 had printer presets in it, my bad! I had seen your blog before, was hoping PS finally had it figured out/setup natively now.

Oh, sorry for implying that :(. However, you can "easily" do the same yourself, using Jaco's python script and my .INI file (attached).
