Auto speed prints very slow

I am trying to use auto speed so that I can get the max volume flow from my hot end. I have max volume flow set to 10 mm^3/s and max print speed set to 120 mm/s. When I slice though, everything is 15 or 8 mm/s besides the brim and gap fill but volume flow is around 1 mm^3/s. What do I need to change?

Best to save the project as a 3mf file, zip it (or forum software won't accept it) and attach it to your post. This way we have the STL and all settings easily accessible and you'll get more educated advice.

What fuchsr said, post a zipped project file.  Initial guess though without any info is you will have gapfill enabled and theres a known 'interesting' issue around the auto speeds when gapfill is involved.

Don't have time to find it at the moment but theres at least one github issue about it.

Yeah that was part of it at least, after disabling gap fill it sliced up to around 50 mm/s but still doesn't hit the speed or volumetric limits.

I attached the 3mf. Let me know what you think.
