PS 2.4.2 UI with multiple printer configs is extremely slow

I have PS 2.4.2 with two printers defined. One is my MK3S+, and the other is my Creator PRO 2 IDEX machine.  If I want to change printers in PS, it takes forever - like 50-90 sec - for PS to change over to the other printer config.  In addition, it can take 30 seconds or more to change just one or two print/printer/filament settings, or to simply change from 'Print Settings' to 'Plater' view.

It also takes MUCH longer to start up than it used to.  Why does having multiple printer configs slow everything down so badly?

Windows 10 64bit on a Dell XPS15 laptop, 32GB Ram, 1TB SSD.

From System info -- version is 2.2.4+win64-202204251110

WorkingSet: 315MB

PrivateBytes: 459MB

RamSize reserved for undo: 1,074MB

Ram size occupied for undo 0MB

OpenGL install 4.6.0 NVIDIA 512.72

I see you are using a GPU, several issues (albeit not directly related to your problem) have been reported. Perhaps as an experiment try software rendering.

I now think most of the issue was self-inflicted - a full reset cured most of the issues.
