PrusaSlicer settings for 0.6 mm nozzle

I'm still very new at this, but I've good success with PLA, PETG, and ABS with the standard 0.4 mm nozzle. I'd like to try printing with wood filament and got some AMOLEN dark walnut PLA and an E3D hardened steel 0.6 mm nozzle. I can't very much information on what settings to change in the slicer. I found "Printer Settings\Extruder 1\Nozzle diameter" and changed that 0.6, but that doesn't seem to affect any other settings. I've read elsewhere that I should change the "Layer height" to 0.28 mm, but I have no idea what else I should change. I imagine there are how-to guides out there, but I've had no luck finding them. Any tips or pointers would be very much appreciated.

You didn't say what printer you have but assuming it's a Prusa, re-run the installation wizard in Prusaslicer and add the 0.6mm printer profile for your printer. That will set everything up nicely.

Also, with a hardened steel nozzle I suggest you run a temp tower to find the optimal temperature. I found that it usually takes about 10 degrees more than a brass or tungsten carbide nozzle.

Whether you need or don't need a 0.6 nozzle depends on the wood filament. I've printed many spools of IAMEI wood filament just fine with a 0.4 mm nozzle. But you're definitely on the safe side with a larger nozzle.

Yes, it's a MK3S+. I previously ran the Configuration Wizard and added 0.6mm nozzle and all the wood filaments I could find, but I reran it just now. After selecting a 0.6mm nozzle in "Printer Settings\Extruder 1\Nozzle diameter" nothing else appears to change. In particular "Layer height" is still 0.15 mm. My guess is that either I'm not selecting the nozzle size correctly or I missed a check box to adjust all settings for a 0.6mm nozzle. I definitely planned on printing the temp tower right after adjusting Z for the new nozzle.  Thanks for any other suggestions you can provide.
