PrusaSlicer refuses to use shrinkage compensation

Upon having calibrated my 2 filaments (prusament PCblend and prusament PETG) (for XL-2 tools) with califlower (Vector 3D Califlower Mk2 – 3D Printer Calibration & Skew Fi https://vector3d.shop/products/califlower-calibration-tool-mk2x )  and including the shrinkage compensation in the filaments' presets, I've setup a 2 material printjob.

However, prusa slicer (the newest 2.9.3) spitted out this warning that filament shrinkage compensation won't be used... is it really not going to apply the shrinkage compensation? Even if I only use PETG with applied shrinkage compensation and standard preset for prusament PCblend, I'm getting the same warning...

Any ideas on that one? I've already printed with same materials before the shrinkage callibration and the printout was not dimensionally OK... wondering if slicer doesn't want to apply the recommended shrinkage compensation from the calliflower tests what's the point in printing if I need stable dimension 😀 resizing the whole CAD (very complex model) is not really a go-to option....

(I will post an update after the print has finished whether the dimensions are ok or whether shrinkage hasn't been compensated indeed)
