PrusaSlicer - Prints rubbing into previous layers. Multiple printers, same issue.

So, I've had this issue for a while now and I've narrowed it down to PrusaSlicer being the cause here. On both my Ender 3 and Anycubic Kobra Max, the nozzle rubs itself into previous layers. Keep in mind that not only are these printers fine hardware wise (tuned well, square, dual z gantry, functional ABL, tight eccentric nuts and belts, z offset is properly set, new nozzles, etc.) and this issue does not occur with Cura.

So far I've tuned flow which is heavily recommended. I've changed layer heights, lowered speed. What else should I be doing? I'm losing my mind over this, I can't seem to find an answer. Only thing I've noticed is that Cura doesn't have this same issue which makes me believe that it is some setting in PrusaSlicer that I have neglected to tune or set.

I'd appreciate any answers. Very confused... looking to use PrusaSlicer to do multi color prints.

Without your project file it will be very difficult to know.

Please go into Prusa Slicer and use File>Save Project As.  This will save a .3mf.  The 3mf contains your model but also all the settings you are using as well as any modifiers, placements etc etc.  It is a complete snapshot of it.  With that we can see and slice exactly as you can.  The please attach it here.

You must however ZIP the 3mf file up to attach it here.  If its not zipped then the forum will just silently not attach it.  The forum allows only very limited file types.
