A few options:

• There are several howtos on getting apps to reopen in fullscreen mode that apply to all Mac apps. These require a bit of behavior modification on your part.
• If you can live with pseudo-fullscreen -- fully maximized but not actually a separate desktop space -- then just drag the PrusaSlicer top-right and bottom-left corners to the respective screen corners and leave them there. PrusaSlicer will re-open with the screen sized the same way next time. 
• If you quit PrusaSlicer in full screen mode, it will re-open fully maximized but not in actual full screen mode.
• Unfortunately, PrusaSlicer doesn't seem to respond to F11/Ctrl-Cmd-F to go into fullscreen with a keypress. You might open a ticket on GitHub about this. If you're using any of the popular keyboard enhancers, they likely include an alternate key to force fullscreen.
• Or just click that little green button and be done with it.
