PrusaSlicer misses internal Shells
Hi Forum!
I'm trying to slice thin walled .stls with PrusaSlicer-2.2.0, but having no success getting the internal detail to 'slice'.
The details show up as 'ghosts' in the model if I tick [Shells] in the bottom menu.
But I get nothing in the output file.
The author also supplies gcodes, but they print too thin / unbonded layers on my Mk3S. He suggests I use Simplify3D or Cura to fix the problem, but I'm not prepared to give up on PrusaSlicer so easily (yet)!
What am I missing here?

Select the option "Detect thin walls" or use a smaller nozzle (0.25mm).

Also search for the multiple posts dealing with these rc models that we already have. Most of them are constructed as not valid 3D models, the only reason they print is they use weird edges cases of particular slicers for the internals. The skins are of no thickness in most cases.

@karl-herbert and @neophyl
Thank you both! As always, I am SO impressed with the international learning community!
I'll follow up both the links, and pass the info on to the original part's author/designer.
Thanks again,
Greg
