Prusaslicer is still sub-par for multiple extruder/nozzle setups vs Simplify3D

Am I missing something or is it way way harder if not impossible to get the same easy Dual Filament prints going vs S3D? Id rather use Prusaslicer but its kinda gimping my dual extruder setup.

In S3D you can have mutiple profiles (which emcompass all 3 profile types that Prusasplits out to), this means you have complete (and easy) control over the following whenever a toolchange happens:

- Standby temp on other Extruder

- Fan Speeds changing per extruder

- Various Ooze options etc

Is there a guide I can refer that I might have missed (and Ive read lots and found all sorts of really manual GCode scripts to attempt to fudge this native support)?
