PrusaSlicer Ignoring Top/Bottom Settings

I'm trying to print the attached part as light weight as possible. To that end, I'd like to run it with two top and bottom solid layers. However, PrusaSlicer ignores this setting beyond a certain point, and won't print with less than four top layers and three on the bottom. I know I've printed with fewer layers than this in the past, does anyone know what's going on here?

Thanks,

Kyle

@kyleg

"Print Settings" -> ""Layers and Perimeters" -> Under "Horizontal shells" -> Set "Minimum shell thickness" to zero

Prusa i3 MK3S+ FW 3.11.0 (kit dec -20), PrusaSlicer 2.5.0+win64, Fusion 360, Windows 10
