PrusaSlicer creating frustrating layer

Hi all, I have a simple design of a coin-cell shaped container.

The problem, is that when the threaded insert is connected to the rim, the slicer creates awkward routes, that (I think) unnecesarily complicate the print and increase the risk of a mis-print.

This is a simple example, which works as I would like:

And the slicer does what I would expect, here is a video of me scrolling through the layers:

However, what I really want to do is connect that hole to the rim, for better strength, like this:

But the slicer creates this very strange discontinuity on the fourth layer, which is the last layer before the layer of the hole begins:

And if I set the infill to 100%, the discontinuity becomes very ugly indeed, interrupting the layer on which the hole goes for no good reason:

Is there a fix for this?

It looks like my video links don't work - I uploaded them using the forum media manager, and hit "Insert media" which generated a video link tag.

Not sure if its perhaps a moderation thing, but I can re-upload to youtube and link there if videos don't work on the forum natively.

Hi Joan, I see, that's a shame.

I've uploaded my videos on youtube, but I can't seem to edit my original post - I could have sworn there was a button for it, but not I can't find it...

This first video, is the simple, working example. There are no weird artifacts here:

This second video, is with the hole connected to the wall. Layer 4 has this strange artifact that it does an infill pattern despite there being no need for it:

This third video, is the same as the second, but I've set the infill to 100%, to really demonstrate what's going on. Again, layer 4 is the culprit:
