PrusaSlicer 2.9.3 on Fedora Linux 43 (Workstation Edition)

I just switched from Ubuntu to Fedora.  I installed PrusaSlicer 2.9.3 using Gnome Software.  I am not able to type in many of the fields in PrusaSlicer. For example, I'm trying to add my printer to use PrusaLink.  I can not type in the name of the printer, the IP address, etc .  When I attempt to choose one of the presets from the drop down, that is not working either.  The drop down displays all the possible choices. It doesn't matter on which one I click, only the first option on the list is chosen.  PrusaSlicer is the only software where I'm having this issue in Fedora.  The app just feels very glitchy.  I tried to export gcode.  The pop up in the lower right corner that usually pops up to tell you successful or if you have issues did pop up, but it was really, really small.  So small that I could not read anything.  Other things feel really glitchy to me.  I never had these issues with Ubuntu.

can anyone tell me if there is a text file somewhere where I can add my printer manually?  I have not yet formatted the hard drive with Ubuntu, so I could probably just copy a config file over?  Or copy a few lines from it?

I was able to export a bgcode file and upload via PrusaConnect to get a print rocking that I needed right now.  So I do have a workflow that keeps me printing.  But I'd like this to work correctly if that's possible.
