Prusa Slicer Profile for Xinterbot Orca 2 Cygnus
Hello All,
I was recently gifted a xinterbot orca 2 cygnus from my workplace because they didn't have much luck getting to print properly. After spending some time with it I found out why. It used ancient cura software to slice and the website for the company is completely nuked and 404ing support files.
As a result I have started making a Prusa Slicer bundle for it here: https://github.com/MKronmiler/xinkebot-orca-2-cyngus-prusa-slicer
This printer suffers from having broken proprietary firmware from the control board and as a result, does not easily interface with Prusa Slicer. I've added custom Gcode which I've outlined in the readme which explains what M codes are included in the slicer bundle.
This bundle is a work in progress and only supports 0.15mm layerheights and PLA/PETG filaments. Any suggestions and contributions are welcome as I'm not terribly familiar with git OR prusa slicer profiles. That being said I did make sure to import the profile on a blank Prusa Slicer install to verify everything works 🙂
