PRUSA SLICER Print Settings Box

What is Slicer doing when you set 0.05 mm ULTRADETAIL MK3  and all the other settings in this box. Is there somewhere this is explained?

If I understand your question correctly, you’re asking what exact setting are selected when you pick a particular profile in the print setting box, right?  It’s just loading the preconfigured settings that you can see on the Print Setting tab.

I am curious on what these settings do to the printer, overlaps, etc, but I cannot find any explanations. They seem to change for different objects as well.

There are some high-level explanations of each setting if you hover over their name.  Beyond that, I suggest studying some 3D printing YouTube videos for some good tutorials of what various settings do (they don't have to be Prusa specific since major parameters are pretty universal to most FDM printers).

Thanks for your help, I will see what I can find on Youtube.

I have tried printing with a .4 nozzle, using the .25 setting in the first block list. It seems to work although I am just gaining stuff on surface quaity.
