Prusa Slicer can not handle helix ?
I managed to blow up Prusa Slicer - and am not proud of it...
The design is a very simple one: a circle with an additive helix, done in FreeCAD. However, when I try to import the step file into Prusa Slicer, it slowly dies: no response and I am forced to abort the program. Obviously, this might be my desktop (but that is fairly recent), it might be FreeCAD, it might be the slicer. Anyone having any idea on this ?

The slicer can handle helixes - or we'd never print a screw thread ...
Please save your project as a .3mf file
Files > Save Project as
Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.
