Prusa Slicer 2.6.0 alpha 5 Cut Tool Connectors not working
When I add the connectors for the cut, and then perform the cut the connector's dowel holes have moved in the model. Please see images. How do I fix this?

This is Alpha software, so there will be bugs.
If you can definitely (and consistently) reproduce the problem, then check on Github to see if the issue has already been raised. If not, then document the use case (i.e. how the bug can be clearly reproduced) and add a new issue. PrusaSlicer Github is here.
