prusa slicer 2.2 alpha 2 and 4 adding mmu2 pause then resume fail possible bug
I have tried inserting the m601 code in on a print using the function in mmu2 slicer 2.2 alphas 2 and 4. by right clicking at the layer selecting the pause. during the print it pauses but when i resume from the thumb wheel command on the screen after the pause .it heats back up goes over acts like it going to start then just goes back to a pause state no mater how many times i try to resume.my mmu fw is 1.0.6-372 and mk3 is3.8.1-2869 maybe i am not doing something correctly or it is a bug either way i like the idea of how easy it would be for a pause during a mmu print.keep up the good work and let me and the community know.
RE: prusa slicer 2.2 alpha 2 and 4 adding mmu2 pause then resume fail possible bug
There's been a lot of rework in the general pause/resume/stop print handling recently; your issue may very well be fixed in the 3.9 firmware that is currently in progress.
RE: prusa slicer 2.2 alpha 2 and 4 adding mmu2 pause then resume fail possible bug
I had the same issue when I first tried M601 with 2.2.0-alpha-2. I just kept pressing resume until the printer got fed up with it and decided to actually resume the print. I must have pressed 'Resume Print' at least 10 times - probably more! Have not tried it again since.
RE: prusa slicer 2.2 alpha 2 and 4 adding mmu2 pause then resume fail possible bug
I had the same problem using my mk3 sand slicer 2.2 alpha 4 after inserting a nut. I was able to resume printing after some trying. After lowering the z-axis 2 or 3 units the printer continued the print job without further problems

Moving the z up and down helped
RE: prusa slicer 2.2 alpha 2 and 4 adding mmu2 pause then resume fail possible bug
I have the exact same problem, after loosing 2 prints i used the Z move trick and it resumed (after 6 or 7 retries).
it's like if the firmware can't insert the code M602 if the M601 comes with the gcode; i have absolutely no problem pausing and resuming manually.
