Prusa 2.8 infill pattern question

I wonder if it is possible to archive the following:
The top row shows what the slicer will  'normally' do, but I would like to have the slicer make the bottom row version of layers. In my special case it actually prints faster. Currently I create two STL files (with and without the top added) slice then separately and the programmatically join them together again taking the bottom row layers/slices from one model and adding the top layers from the other. A fairly convoluted process ...
I wonder if it could be achieved within Slicer (and automated)?

Cheers
