Problem: first Layer Slicing with two difference Nozzel-Size (Multicolorprint)
Hello,
I have Problem with Slicing in the first Layer with 2 difference Nozzel-Size (Extruder_1=0.4mm blue, Extruder_2=0.8mm red , see in the Picture)
The Problem at the example Skirt: The Skirt is underextrusion for the Extruder with 0.8mm Nozzel with the Standard Properties 200% extrusion width and i change the extrusion width to 0.8mm, is to match for the 0.4mm Nozzel.
The next problem is under-extrusion in the component, even with a nozzle diameter of 0.8mm in the extruder_2. in multi-material printing.
In my opinion, the percentage should be related to the nozzle diameter and not to the layer height. Or the introduction of separate layer widths for each individual extruder.
I hope someone can help me with this problem.
