Printing specific areas of parts first

I just found an easter egg basket that is printed by printing the posts and weaving overhang around the post that was just printed. Is this possible to slice in Prusaslicer like this ?

Example: https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/1ba7ejo/weaving_with_my_3d_printer/
detail: ?width=706&format=png&auto=webp&s=d0f8a33bc86a838e98aeeecd994917cdb4efefff

I have the basket with the 'thread' in a single object but i need it to slice so that each layer it prints specific parts of the object first and then do the 'thread' as the last step before the next layer.

Original creator says in that reddit thread that yes, stock settings Inga for slicers are used, because most important thing is in STL model - each weave is as a single thread in the model, they just have to carefully paint this with different color to select different material to use for printing.

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.
