Printer resets at 1mm print height after installing PrusaSlicer 2.2.0
When printing from Prusaslicer 2.2.0 to mk3s via Octoprint, the printer resets at 1.0 mm height. This has occurred 12 times in a row when using the Prusa slicer to print. I have tired 3 different models, with vastly different footprints and each time the printer resets at ~ 1.0 mm. As a test I have printed all three models successfully using Cura via octoprint on the same printer. at this point, I have to suspect the prusa software upsdate.
I looked at the Gcode file for some rouge coding, but I can not find any obvious weirdness in the file, sample attached.
Any thoughts ?

I saved the gcode file as a TXT as the gcode file was filter out when I posted.

Try to zip the gcode and post it again (add media). After then i would try to print it with PLA.

I dont think theres anything wrong with the gcode but thats easy to test, just copy the file to your sd card and do a print from sd card. That would rule out the actual file and then put it square into the Prusa Slicer<>Octoprint area.

Or maybe run OctoPrint in safe mode. I've seen reports of layer shift attributed to various plugins.

Most resent attempts 3/24/20
Ok I took an STL file, sliced it with the prusa slicer, sent to octoprint, it printed until the height reached 1.0 mm then the printer reset.
Then i saved the gcode file made from the prusa slicer, to SD, started the print from the SD, it printed until the height reached 1.0 mm then the printer reset.
I then sliced the ST file using cura 4.4.0. , sent to octoprint, it completed the print with no failures.

So far I have made about 20 attempts to slice and print with the new prusa slicer. all twenty attempts were tried by SD card and octoprint. All the prints failed at 1.0mm height. Anyone have any idea on what could cause this. Especially frustrating since objects sliced using cura work just fine.
I will try to print from my laptop via usb cable.

If it is failing consistently even when printing from SD card but NOT when sliced from Cura then could I ask you to please post a new issue on Github https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues
as the Devs really need to see this if it is causing printer resets. If you could attach the output gcode from both Prusa Slicer and Cura as well as possibly saving your project that you sliced from as a .3mf (probably need to zip it all up). That way they should have all the info they need to at least take a good look at whats happening.

I have heard internally about crashes of MK2/MK3 if fed with G-code containing the new thumbnails for the Mini. Maybe you have your printer profiles somehow messed up? Maybe you did alpha / beta testing of PrusaSlicer 2.2.0?

As i said, if you would send me a zipped (PS sliced) gcode i would try to run it on my MK3. So a possible hardware error on the printer can be safely excluded.

I appreciate the thought, but after speaking with the devs, I now believe it would have failed on you system also. Apparently the slicer profile setting for bed temperature was at 300C for all layers except layer 1. At least that is what the GCODE contains. I will have to wait until I get home from work, before I can verify this in my software settings, but it does explain the problem. Especially since when I tried to print from Pronterface, I got a Bed Preheat Error.
I will post again later today to tell of my findings and if necessary claim the cone of shame. Not yet thought.

Ok, I now have to claim the cone of shame, but honestly I do not know how the 300C value got in there, really.
