Printer & Filament Profiles
I manage a small printer farm for a makerspace. We have six prusa's and several ender 3s & 5 pluses. All set up as physical printers by name.
One Ender 3 has been modified significantly and I would like to create presets just for that printer. As well as create a filament preset just for that printer. It is important that users cannot change the printer or filament presets.
I know how to configure printers generally, but not how to create printer or filament presets that cannot be modified by the user.
Also, is there a way to have just one filament profile for each named printer. Our shop is set up to use the same filament, from the same source, per named printer. The issue, users sometimes fail to select the correct filament profile from the list of available filament profiles. This has caused significant issues for maintaining the farm. Having it be just one profile will help limit user errors.
So I'd like to have unmodifiable printer presets, write protected, for each named printer. And just one filament profile in the drop down list for each named printer.
Is this possible with the Prusa Slicer?
