RE: Print time estimate is bonkers

That may have just been a fluke.  It doesn't look like it uses the Machine Limits settings at all (for print time calc), if a flavor is selected that disables the tab.  It does save them in the background, though.  I've tried it on several settings, with models and limits that drastically/obviously change the output (e.g. 40%).

I might be wrong, but I can't find a choice that hides the tab and uses them for calc.

I tried it with 2.5 and a flavour that didn’t have the tab and the slicing time estimate was same between marlin Legacy and the one I changed it to .  Think there was about a minutes difference.

What are you actually using ?

I loaded a benchy in with a Mk3 and sliced with one of the default 0.2 profiles and got a time of 1h46m which is about as expected.  I then changed the type to Sailfish which doesnt have the tab (left the settings the same) and sliced it gave me 1h44m.  Changed to Teacup which also doesn't have the tab and got the same 1h44m time estimate.  Smoothie type also the same 1h44m so it looks like without the tab its the same value.  But thats only 2m difference.  The Filament and Print profile stayed the same throughout as all I was changing was the flavour.

Am I not using a sufficiently complex model ?  Mind posting a zipped up 3mf as an example of the problem you are having ?
