I'm having the exact same problem. Disabling wiping while retracting did absolutely nothing for me.

Could you guide me on what and where to tweak regarding "pressure advance", please?

@kjus There are several possible causes of this sort of issue - the chance that yours has the same cause is actually quite low ...

The commonest is trying to print too-thin walls, sometimes thicknesses less than one extrusion width thick are accidentally specified.  Try with thicker walls - say 2mm, is it OK now?

Cheerio,

RE:

If the problem is only happening at the seam then it is 99% chance of being fixable with a correct pressure advance value for the combination of 'change in flow rate' for the 'viscosity of filament'.

It's a complex area and I think the hobbyist community still does not understand how to compensate for it perfectly. This includes myself but I have spent many hours studying it in the 2 years since I started this discussion.

OrcaSlicer is the tool I am using to calibrate and manage this through the print. There is a built-in calibration tool.

Gaps at the seams suggest that the pressure advance compensation value is too high. Prusa puts the value in the filament custom settings section. You could also reduce your flow rate or increase acceleration.
