Print defects on inside corners/walls - PS 2.6.1 / Elegoo Neptune 3 Plus Standard Profile

I've been trying to migrate from S3D to PS for a while and in general PS provides a much better experience, with the occasional exception of printing poorly on internal corners and walls for a small set of what I think are generally bog standard prints.  These are basically various configurations of simple boxes with partitions or cut-outs on the sides.

The printer profile is the PS profile provided for the Elegoo Neptune 3 Plus.  I haven't made any adjustments for print quality.  Could this be a speed issue?

Any thoughts or guidance would be appreciated.

The below photo shows some examples of the issues

I've attached the .3mf for model printed in black

This Green model shows defects at certain heights on the inside corners.

This orange model shows defects similar to the black model as well as defects on one outside corner.

Not sure where the file is going but here is the .3mf

No file attached, you need to zip up any files attached for the forum to accept them.  I have a neptune 3 max so if you can get the file attached I can probably try a test print this weekend.  While I dont use the PS provided profiles for mine I'll give it a go as is.

Thanks for the heads up on the zipping.  Attached is a zip file with two 3mfs - one for the black model and one for the orange model (which prints two different models on the bed).

Hopefully this makes it through.

I have the files now.  I cant print until the weekend but from a initial inspection I can see that your printer profile differs from the standard profile.  I installed the latest config update before comparing and the default one uses relative extruder addressing.  Yours has that option unticked and the reset extrusion gcode commented out.  However your start gcode is still setting the extrusion to relative extrusion.  This combo isn't going to work realistically.

I'd put the relative extrusion back the way it was, ie enabled.

The speeds on the face of it don't look high, the volumetric rate isn't high anyway.  One difference I note from my profile for the max is I have retract on layer change and wipe turned off under the extruder settings.  But first thing is that relative extrusion mismatch.

Those issues are all around the seam and the retract/deretract areas.  So extrusion and retraction are what needs looking at.

Thanks for catching that.  My history with Relative extruder addressing is, shall we say a little complicated.  🙂   I'll definitely give that a shot and see if things improve.  The reason for turning off Relative addressing is that I use Octoprint, and it has a neat little set of macros for enabling filament changes that execute on print job paused and before print job resumed.  I've been using this set of macros (GCODE Scripts — OctoPrint master documentation) for years with S3D and haven't had any issues.  Once I switched to PS, the resume portion of the scripts stopped working (would return to the spot, but not extrude), and I tracked it down to Relative addressing being the culprit.  Feedback from other sources said Relative was really needed with large models, and since I don't generally print large models, I thought I could deactivate it.  I copied the profiles and unticked Relative and the scripts resumed working.  Looks like I didn't get all of that taken care of.

I'll start off with going back to relative and uncommenting the reset extrusion code.

Thanks so much for looking at this.  I've also received some feedback to try setting "External perimeters" = False to see if that helps.

Switching over to the Prusa Standard Neptune 3 Plus profile with Relative active, doesn't seem to have changed the output at all.  The front model is with the PS Neptune 3 Plus profile, the one in the back is my original.  I've attached the .3mf file using the native profile.
