Possible to Adjust Space Between Top Layer Lines?

Does anyone know if there is a way using prusa slicer to space out the top layer lines? My goal is to add a small gap (say .5 mm) between each layer line for top layers.

I'm printing vacuum form molds and this would all me to not have to add vent holes since the top surfaces would actually have gaps and allow for air to easily flow through. I looked though all the settings and nothing jumped out to me that would control the spacing between the lines.

I don’t believe there is a setting for that as the idea is to print a solid shell.
However there are alternatives. Set the top layers to zero that will show the infill. You can then adjust the infill pattern and percentage to get the spacing you want. Remember you can also use a modifier on the top section of the infill to adjust the top few layers of infill only. That way you can use a normal infill pattern for most of it then switch to the not quite solid layers with gap size you want.

Awesome! I'll try that. Though it will be tedious as I have complex parts and would need a bunch of modifiers. However should be less tedious than the vent holes. If it works well a quicker way might be to just model it in Fusion and import the modifier that way.
