Possible glitch with custom support blocker collisions in PrusaSlicer
I seem to have discovered that if two support blocking objects are placed onto a model and they intersect with one and other, then they are cancelling out the blocking effect leading to support material being generated regardless of the blockers. This has not affected any other areas on my sliced print where standard support blockers have been placed with no collisions.
Any insight to help address this would be much appreciated, not sure if anyone else has run into the same issue as yet or it is just a limitation of the objects. Have attached screenshots of the objects in question, more screens or info can be provided if needed.
If this isn't a glitch in the software then my apologies for wasting anyone's time.
Thanks

I don't see any support blockers, so I'd say at this point it's a user problem.
Try showing the entire slicer window, full size. Use the forum tools correctly by linking images with the media file you are posting with the LINK TO MEDIA FILE selection before inserting the image - this allows others to zoom in and see the image full size and includes information like which parts are in the scene.
Most users make the mistake and think a blocker will block support if it is "in the way" of supports, which they don't.

Realised that i uploaded my screen caps too small, apologies, first time posting on here.

You may be correct and I'm using them in the wrong way. I used the right click on the object then "add support blocker" and chose generic cylinder. sized it for my print and then added into place.
Also thanks for the forum use tips, here is an image of the whole slicer window for you.

I still don't see any support modifiers ... without seeing the entire screen, no clue what is going on.

Tried to add pictures as best I can try to explain and show what is happening, hopefully this is enough to get the jist of it.
apologies if I've not made much sense with the notes.
two cylinders used as blockers one is intersecting the other
vertical cylinder is to block the same triangular shaped hole seen on the upper two outcropped parts
sliced, supports wanted here so there is no issue
back of the hole is clear which is what was wanted, no issue here
triangular hole has support material in when it was supposed to be blocked.
note: the two holes are not connected on the model, just thin internal walls
RE: Possible glitch with custom support blocker collisions in PrusaSlicer
Simple quest is do two blockers, when they collide, still block? The answer is yes, and have a look at my prior post as evidence of this fact.
But the area you are pointing to as an issue - it appears to me is working normally: the blocker is not in a position to block the support insidde the hole.
RE: Possible glitch with custom support blocker collisions in PrusaSlicer
There's also a question resolution. I'm just another person using the tools, so no clue how the mechanics are coded, so this is guesswork on my part and I might be wrong. But supports seem to obey some unwritten rule that there is a minimum step size, perhaps something to do with the spacing settings, and maybe you are expecting better resolution than what's possible.
But from what I see on your part, everything is working normally.

Thanks for your replies and baring with me.
I did see your previous post of that proving they do both still block, thanks for proving that.
Evidently there is something else going on here, maybe you are correct and the vertical cylinder shape has not fully blocked the required hole by fractions of a mm causing the block to fail.
The second picture you've taken a crop of, showing the large hole with the support in the front is not the issue, i decided it was best to leave support there.
The vertical cylinder is intended to be blocking this (see pic below) triangular hole on the bottom of the print, not the front of the hole that has no support blocker in it as referenced in one the previous screen grab. You can see that it has been successfully blocked on all other holes.

If you are talking about up inside that hole, I really can't see it, but my guess is the support that is being allowed for the horizontal hole has a step size that requires it to be X by Y. You might try reducing the the pattern spacing you have set, see if that helps granularity to improve control over what's happening up in there.
