Platter window blank?

When opening PS, my Platter window is completely blank. Importing a model, opening something, changing settings - nothing makes it show up.

If I drop a STL into it, it shows up on the list of models on the platter but nothing appears in the window. If I hit Slice, the program crashes. The problem extends to the G-Code Viewer as well - opening something just results in a blank screen.

I'm currently running Linux, I've made no hardware or software changes nor updates or changes to any drivers, everything is up to date. Rebooting the machine does not fix the problem. Switching to a different set of graphics drivers does not fix the problem. I had this problem several months ago and it required an uninstall and reinstall to fix. I'd really like to avoid doing that because it requires re-setting my settings back up again and I'm a little tired of having to uninstall and reinstall it every couple months.

RE: Platter window blank?

I have just had the blank platter problem with the flatpak of PrusaSlicer 2.9.2 under kubuntu 25.04

I discovered that it had stopped working not many days after the nvidia driver had been automatically updated (from driver version 570.133.20 to 570.158.01).

Uninstalling then installing flatpak com.prusa3d.PrusaSlicer again fixed the problem for me so thanks for the idea @Hello.

I am now running driver version 575.57.08 which I tried first in an initial unsuccessful attempt to fix the problem.
A flatpak list following the successful re-installation shows a couple of versions of Mesa as well as org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.nvidia-575-57-08
which is very specific to my current nvidia driver version. It looks like the flatpak dependencies may not be automatically updated when the platform changes.
