PETG for PPE Jamming while other Prusament PETG prints fine

I purchased a couple of rolls of the PETG for PPE. I cannot get it to print without jamming after a few layers. I have an existing roll of Prusament Orange PETG which prints with no issues using the exact same gcode. I have tried increasing the temperature all the way up to 260c and down to 240c and it always seems to jam at about 1.45mm layer height with the first layer at .2mm and the other layers at .25mm. Up until that point it prints just fine which is what leads me to believe it is heat creep that is causing the jam.  I have even tried taking the hotend apart to check the heat break and PTFE tube to make sure that there is not something stuck in the hotend.  Has anyone purchased the specific PETG and been able to get it to print successfully.
