Order of color on a multicolour print with sequential objects

I want to print multiple instances of the same object. The object has a thin logo (single lines) in a different color than the rest of the print.
The logo is only on the first layer. So in order to get a clean print, I need the logo first, then the rest of the material. That works fine on MMU3 prints when I do single objects or a lot of objects at once.

Since the object is somewhat delicate to print and I have some failures, I wanted to change to sequential printing. That way, if something goes wrong, I don't loose a whole build plate of material, but just a single print. Since I have some support material, I don't need a wipe tower.

However, for some reason I don't understand yet, I was not able to get PrusaSlicer to do the logo first - no matter where the logo is in the order of objects within the 3MF file / order in the slicer - nor does the order of the filaments in the MMU have an effect.

It is just not possible to do that in PrusaSlicer or did I miss something?

Thanks!
