Oddities when filling out the overhang.

Hi all.

Test-overhang

There is a detail with a rather complicated overhang. In principle, it is printable, but the first 2 layers of overhanging require mechanical processing after printing. I couldn't adjust the speed and flow. The first layer is still a loose stack of straw even with the supports turned on. I created a model to see how these two layers are formed. And then I was surprised. The program designates the entire first layer as the perimeter of the overhang and starts printing it from the center. And this is actually in the air without any binding to the perimeters and supports. Would like to understand - this is a bug or a feature? Is there any way to adjust the movement pattern of the extruder as a modifier?
