Object invisible

Whenever I change the object to be printed after slicing the original object, it becomes invisible.

Thin walls or small features

If the part has very thin walls or small features, it may be too small to be printed with your settings.

Save your current  3MF project file, zip it up, and attach it to a reply here so we can see your part & settings and give better recommendations.

Not the problem

Actually, this happens with any file. The object stays invisible until sliced. I already checked for thin walls and small features. That isn't the problem

Bob's request is sensible as with it we can see all your settings and debug things much much easier.

However another possibility occurs, are you changing back to the 3d Editor view ?  When you load an object initially the plater is on the 3d editor view.  When you slice an object it automatically changes to the platers Preview mode.  However when you delete something it does not automatically change back to the 3d editor view.  This has caught out several new users before.

I have the same issue on my mac if I add a second file.  Just toggle between slice and the unsliced view and it will reappear.

Maybe a Mac issue?

Could it be a mac issue?

Next time this happens, hit Ctrl+5 or command+5 on Mac and let us know if it becomes visible again.

Good Luck
