Nozzle pauses on print
I think i figures out what is happening. i have a temperature change after layer 1, when it changes temp the nozzle just stops on the print till it reaches the new temp. of course this leaves a blemish on the print. i could manually do a Z lift or a move off print if i had to but i was wondering if there is setting in the Slic3r 1.3.0 that i missed.

Don't use the wait for temp command. Use M104, not M109.

Why are you using such an old version of the slicer ? Current release is 2.2.0, considerably newer than 1.3.0.
