No real control over "Horizontal Shells" "Fill Angle"
Im printing a part where I need to have control over the angle of the top layers. Im not printing my part with a high percentage of infill, the top of the part has a shallow angle and is longer than wide, I need to have all of the top layers wether 2 or 3 print at the same angle bridging across the part otherwise parts of the first top layer will likely be printing into thin air with no connection on both sides of the bridge.
Does that make sense?
Also I need to have the fan running only for bridging/top layers. Thats if I can have enough control to have top layers print in a way that doesnt suck.

It doesnt seem to matter wether I choose an angle on bridge or fill angle or both nor what those angles are relative. The outcome is that there are always an alternating layer where one side of a bridging section is not anchored to anything.
It does appear that there is a ridiculous attempt to somehow get the infill to provide an anchor to the bridge/top layer solid fill. Not sure who came up with that but it obviously wasn't well thought out even if it is an unintended result of infill anchoring to vertical perimeters. (The Infill Cannot Make a Functional Anchor for A Bridge/Horizontal Shell With 1 Line Printed Into Thin Air With FFF Printing!)

Also what is the point of there being description boxes along with "media" if those don't actually make it into a post.

You have zero control over bridge infill (the lighter blue in your pics) or of the purple solid infill. The bridge Infill angle will control an actual bridge, where it is over free space so external to the model shell, but is not applicable to bridge over infill. Same with the purple solid infill, you can control the direction of the very last outer layers but that's about it.
