Newbie need help
I need some help with Prusa slicer 2.2.0
I am trying to get the part to be exact size so I made square 20 x 20 mm and in the middle I made a hole 15 mm I found out that if I put on the XY compensation -.35 I get exactly 15 mm but the outside it’s smaller than 20 x 20 What should I do thanks I appreciate your help

Interior holes are usually smaller when printed. Designers usually size them so they print to size. You sort of get used to designing for the printer and slicer combination. There’s lots of factors involved and some slicers have options to enlarge interior holes without effecting the exterior with a blanket x/y compensation factor.

The original size is 20 x 20 square in the middle there is a hole of 15 mm when I ran the test the outside I get 24.25 mm the insight I get exactly 15 mm

I really don’t like to change my slicer I like it it’s easy to work with I don’t know if Prusa slicer will add this functions like Cura just did

often it's best to work with tools that you are comfortable with rather than change to a new tool set, unless there is a compelling reason to change.
Prior to prusa slicer was your printer performing accurately?
