"new project" from the command line?

I'm trying to automate my workflow.  I'm packing settings into a 3MF file from my CAD tool and want to load it into PrusaSlicer for slicing and review before printing.  I do this a lot, and rapidly (rapid prototyping and all that).  Ideally, I'd a) use the same PrusaSlicer process (mostly to avoid reload/restart time) but b) treat each run as a new project.  Right now, I think I  have three options:

  1. add new models to the existing project and manually remove the old models (annoying)
  2. killall prusaslicer every time and restart the process (slow)
  3. start a new process for each run and close them manually (slow AND annoying)

PrusaSlicer has a billion command line arguments.  Is there REALLY no way to do the VERY FIRST thing in the menus (New Project)?  I must be missing something.
