Need Help - Slicing Appears not smooth

I have updated my Ender 5 Pro with a MicroSwiss NG, and started printing recently with PETG. I updated setting in PrusaSlicer via severla suggestions and started with the PETG basic profile.

Printing is working fine - however, a model I had printed before that had smooth layering, now slice's out with pathing that doesn't appear smooth. I dont know how to explain it really, but, like a cylinder that should be fairly smooth, and printed before with stock/PLA as smooth, now seems like the pathing spit out doesn't align the circles of each layer on top of each other. I can also see it in the gcode viewer itself, so that makes me think it's a settings/software issue.

If there are other things to provide for troubleshooting, let me know!

Save your Prusa slicer session, as a Project file.
thenZIP Compress the file,

and attach the zipped file to your next post and we may be able to help more  accurately.

Are you using concentric infill on top and bottom layers, on purpose? it's making the horizontal surfaces look odd!

has the STL been saved at a high definition in the 3d design program?  there seem to be large facets on the curved surfaces... perhaps a higher quality export would help

No - at this point nothing is on purpose and attempting to troubleshoot. I tried disabling that and got the similar results.

As far as the high res model, I couldn't tell you as it's from a vendor.

However, I did find an older gcode file where the issue didn't occur. I had some very similar setings file, and after pulling them up, and re-slicing, it doesn't have the same problem...... so it's definetely something in the settings somewhere, I just dont know why....OLDER_1in_PEX_Single_Arch_Base

Window>Compare allowed me to compare the different profiles - notable ones were laywer height and elephant foot compensation - i tweaked some of them, and resliced, and it appears much better now. I dont know exactly why, but I'm attempting a print now to see how to goes.....MODIFIED_1in_PEX_Single_Arch_Base

@kyle-grymonprez

The only problem I saw, was that you have the "Slice resolution" in the original file you posted "upon request" set to 0.1., change it back to Zero (the default resolution) and the problem you reported goes away.
