My printer nozzle keep nocking "organic" support any idea how to avoide that ?

Im using PrusaSlicer-2.6.0-beta3+linux-x64-GTK3-202305261352.AppImage and in middle of print nozzle hit

the circular "organic" support and brake it it occurred in 2nd print also, any idea how to avoid it ?

I think tilting is the wrong word.  Warping.  When the part prints, plastic cools and contracts.  When this force is greater than your bed adhesion it lifts upwards in an area.  The rest of the part or support can still be strongly attached.  This warped section in effect lifts upwards and moves it into the path of the printhead.  Sometimes the printhead will just carry on printing although you will see compressed layers in that area.  Usually though the extra sideways force is enough to dislodge the part as you are having.

This process applies to both the parts themselves and also the support for those parts.  Organic supports seem to be more prone to this issue from the amount of reports seen where this is happening.  If the part itself is sticking fine then instead of increasing the brim size which is a part setting, increase the Support Material>First Layer expansion setting.  That in effect is the 'brim'  size of support bases.  Its a Red setting so you need to be in expert mode to see it.

Btw the gcode viewer is capable of showing non print moves.  There are several option on it you can turn on/off.  However as this is a material printing problem it will not be shown on the gcode viewer. 

There is also an experimental setting (also red) in Layers and Perimeters>Quality>Avoid crossing Curled Overhangs that tries to plot paths around overhangs that could curl up (same warping effect so similar problem).  However as far as I know this is just for Object/Part geometry and wouldn't effect supports anyway.

Ok I tried PrusaSlicer-2.6.1+linux-x64-GTK3-202309060711.AppImage same deal in middle of print it hits support and breaks it

Or maybe some blobs on the support or on the end of the nozzle?

Which printer do you have? if Mini, Mk3 or earlier then make sure your first layer 'Z' offset is correctly calibrated,

With any printer, make sure the print-sheet is scrupulously clean.

Pictures of the underside of the failed support *might* help us diagnose further.

No I don't have any custom code per layer.

I don't have any blobs on support, the support is clean and nice and my nozzle is clean

I have Hyper Cube, and I use paper type with hairspray on my bed

I don't understand of what part do you need picture ?

Was your second failed print in the same spot on the bed?

I untangled the mangled links...  Your picture is not quite sharp enough to be certain but you have some crumpling on one side and a patch of slight discolourisation which suggests poor adhesion on one side allowing it to tip slightly and lift the other side into the path of the print head.  If the two prints failed in the same place on the bed then there might be a spot of poor adhesion just there - maybe fingerprints maybe some other contamination.  The hairspray/glue seems not to have come away with the support so look for the problem in the glue layer, not underneath on the print bed.

Im not sure but on my first print I heard "click sound" while print head was in area around support in middle in top picture where round support is (near yellow mark at desk) and support survived  so I think the fail happened at same place

If the two prints failed in the same place on the bed then there might be a spot of poor adhesion just there - maybe fingerprints maybe some other contamination.  The hairspray/glue seems not to have come away with the support so look for the problem in the glue layer, not underneath on the print bed.

Adhesion is good I cant remove print easily from bed, I find it hard to believe that printed part tilted, G code viewer should show non print head moves

Definitely some lifting going on. Make sure you clean the sheet really good and I would try to increase the width of the brim by double what you are currently using.
