Just a quick update. The new feature Arachne  does a good job with this issue no doubt.

Yesterday I decided to give another look at SuperSlicer, I looked at it few years back, and well decided to give it a try in 2022. I'll have to say... wow

@rinkel, could you do a test print with SuperSlicer and see how it goes? It doesn't have Arachne as far as I know, but the print quality was way better

I just printed the box-bottom with SuperSlicer. It actually did a nice job.
I small line where the solid goes into the thinner walls, but much much better than PrusaSlicer v2.4.2

Not bad at all.

I actually think that that line is the same as the benchy-hull-line. Solid to non solid.

Hi ! 

try to put the same speed for internal perimeter and external perimeter. Like this in prusa slicer :

perimeter 40mm/s

external perimeter 40mm/s

small perimeter : 20 mm/s 

it works well for me
