What's happening her? Why there are this irregular missing chunks in the support interface?

Insufficient information to go on. At a minimum we need a copy of your Prusa Slicer project file. Slice so you get the issue then use File>Save Project As. That will save a 3mf file. ZIP that file up and attach it to a reply. It must be zipped or the forum will just silently not attach it.
A 3mf file contains the model(s) as well as all the settings you are using to slice with. It's the best way to debug issues and fault find.

Thanks for the attachment. There seems to be an issue with the automated support generation and where it believes it should put it.
Not entirely sure what's causing it to happen as that surface with the holes in it is flat (I made absolutely sure of that).
If you paint the area though (Support Painting and then change the brush to Smart allows you to select that entire face with 1 click). Then it places supports correctly
Check the attached (very slightly) modified project.
Might be worth opening an issue of the PS github with your original zipped project. See if the devs can figure out why its doing it.
