M221 S{if layer_height

Hello im using a MK3S+ and was confused about the "M221 S{if layer_height<0.075}100{else}95{endif}" in PrusaSlicer. I used Prusament PLA Azure Blue, in PrusaSlicer i used the Prusament PLA Profile for slicing the 20x20x20 Cube GCODE.
Result:
X: 19,92
Y:19,91
Z: 20,09

Then i removed the M221.... Linie from Custom G-Code in PrusaSlicer, the Result then:
X: 19,97
Y: 19,99
Z: 20,19
For me the dimensions (X and Y) are better with the 100 flow than with the 95 flow.
All measurements where done with a Mitutoyo Caliper (no cheap Chinese...) and in the middle of each Cube Side.

Now i thinking what i should to.
Remove the M221 permanently, oder using the 95 Option and calibrate all Filaments?
But the Prusament PLA works fine with Extrusionmultiplier 1 and the M221 with 100 Flow. Why i should fix the undersized print (95 Flow) with a higher extrusion multiplier?!

I read here in the forum that the 95 flow was introduced because there was over-extrusion. But why is the result with 100 better for me than with 95? Has the problem with the over-extrusion been fixed in PrusaSlicer and the Custom G-Code not adapted?
