In windows, you would drop down the prusa slicer 'File' and choose 'Save Project As'
then give the project a memorable name, to save a copy of the project file as a .3mf file,
then you Would Zip compress the project file, and attach the Zip file to the post in the forum...
unfortunately I have no idea of what the Mac equivalent process would be.

The image appears to be a vase with very thin walls, and I believe those are holes, not seams. Perhaps this part is intended to be printed in VASE MODE (under print settings)?
The other thing is to select "Thin wall detections" ... this allows the slicer to treat very thin walls as a minimal wall a single external perimeter.
But as Joan suggested, create a ZIP archive of the Slicer Save Project ...
