Looking for the nearest point

Observing the print paths, I notice there is no concern about where to start depositing the material for a new layer, except, sometimes, for the seam.

For example, I see a perimeter being completed, and then the nozzle traveling across the whole object to begin filling the opposite side, instead of starting close to where the outline ended.

Similarly, after finishing an object layer, the print head moves to the other side of the build plate or the farthest part of a neighboring object rather than seeking the closest point.

This behavior not only slightly increases the printing time but also significantly increases stringing.

I searched for ways to reduce this but found none. The option to avoid crossing perimeters does not solve this issue. Does anyone know a solution?
