Linux PrusaSlicer 2.8.1 requires glibc-2.36 - not in earlier Linux versions
I run Ubuntu 22.04; I'm not OK to upgrade to 24.04 because I develop commercial software targeting 22.04 and I've run into library issues in the past.
I went to update to Slicer 2.8.1 appimage, which requires glibc-2.36, but this is not available in Ubuntu 22.04 unless I build from source, which comes back to my first point.
Anyone have any thoughts? If I had time I'd poke around the source and see if glibc-2.36 is actually required...

I remember there are two app image files, did you try both of them?

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.
For some reason the dev's were keen to remove perl code and broke a lot of linuxes in the process. They haven't provided an arm build so Raspberry Pi users are left adrift too.
Cheerio,

Ah, shoot. I'm embarrassed to say that didn't even occur to me that the older/newer named appImage files were for this reason.
Thanks!
