Lift Z

Hi, in Printer Settings->Extruder 1->Retraction, there is a Lift Z parameter. Then, in Filament Settings->Filament Overrides, there is also a Lift Z parameter. The parameter name is different but the description is the same. What is the different between the two?

If I want to set Hop Z (named in Cura) to 0.123 mm for example, where should I change the parameter value to 0.123 mm in Prusa Slicer 2.4?

RE:

If the checkbox of the Overwrite is checked, then it will use the value in the Overwrites section instead of the default value in the extruder settings. Therefore the name "Overwrites".

RE: Lift Z

So they are the same thing? In 2.4.0, they use "Filament Overrides" rather than "Filament Overwrites". Is this a typo? What is the recommended value and speed for Lift Z?
