If anyone could give me a hint how i continue writing my own post after saving it as not public I would avoid doubleposts.

so I may continue with a comment and some pictures ...

Does somone maybe have some more hints for me?

Is there an option to show all print settings in pslicer and copy/paste them into my post?
Like a Config Snapshot but with printsettings?

Good morning Lukas,

In Prusa Slicer
Under the File Menu, you can save a project as a .3mf file. which should save all of the configuration details.
then to post them to the forum, you need to compress them into a Zip file
Like the one in this link

and attach it to the post in the forum. 
then others can download and unzip the file, to recover your settings by opening the file in Prusa Slicer

Could you try printing the attached file, with PLA and see how it works...

Hello Joan,  thanks for your help. I`ll do so after I changed some settings.

The print below was printed with the 0.20mm NORMAL Setting.

No top layer adhesion problems but still the infill/perimeter gaps .

Beside that, the letters and numers that lay flat don`t look verry satesfiying either.

PS: Any tipps for editing my own posts?

I

i printed the file you gave me without changing your settings.

the bottom layers looked realy well and smooth while printing, but the top... 

Is this more an unterextrusion oder to little overlap issue?

Ok  Lukas, 
that does look like Under Extrusion. can you reset the extrusion multiplier to 1.0 and try again? 

I tried printing the same file, I changed the retraction length to 0.4mm because I have a direct extruder, and I changed the filament temperature because my orange filament likes to print hot... but everything else was the same...

Hello joan,

down below you can see the version with 1.0 extrusion multiplier.

Better as the one before, but still with small gaps  in the L, a and s .

Beside that the Top finish on the ring loks kind a overextruded, right?

I think the letters may be a retraction issue could you try ticking 
Only retract when crossing perimeters

Part of the problem is that you're using a 0.4mm nozzle to try to print some very fine detail. Think of it like trying to use a crayon to do a detailed drawing. There are some areas you'll either leave out, or will be smushed together. A smaller nozzle may help, but only to a degree.

Here's what I'm seeing using your default settings:

The effect is a bit worse because the Octogram Sprial top infill pattern you're using is being used at the top of the text, and the 0.4mm nozzle is trying to fit tiny extrusions in between your perimeters. Gaps are inevitable. You'll notice in that picture that I reduced perimeters to 1 at the top, so the letters are mostly infill. That helps a little bit.

I think what you really want is a smooth top surface. The easiest way to do that is with ironing (Print Settings->Infill->Ironing->Enable ironing). That will enable a smoothing "ironing" pass over all top surfaces. Small gaps will tend to get covered up with ironing.

Unfortunately, you lose that interesting Octagram Spiral effect for the background. You can remedy this by using a modifier, raising it up above that layer, and only applying ironing to the modifier.

Notice that your design still has some gaps on the U, A & S letterforms. You need to fix those in your design software for the STL. A larger or chunkier font with fewer fine details will also help.

Wups - Forgot to mention that I got somewhat better top surfaces by applying automatic variable layer heights. The adjusts layer heights to more closely match the printed part height rather than approximating it with the default heights.
