knobs/blobs on inside of cylinder

I'm getting these protrusions/knobs on the inside of this cylinder when slicing with PS, but when I use Cura it comes out completely clean/smooth. As far as I can tell they are exactly where retraction/detraction takes place. Further, where there is no threads on the outside, it is clean even if retractions take place. I've attached the gcode from PS for this part if it helps.

Is there a setting in PS to eliminate them? Any help is appreciated.

Just as a note , to attach things you need to zip them up first or the forum doesn’t accept them. Second note, gcode is generally not very useful, what is though is your saved project file from PS.  File>save project as. Then take the 3mf file and zip it up and attach.

My experience has been just the opposite, with zits and streamers being more common when I use Cura instead of PS with the Prusa printer.

I have not, however, used the latest and greatest Cura with the Prusa yet, and I know there were several quality tweaks made to it in the latest release.

RE: knobs/blobs on inside of cylinder

There was a setting in Cura, that I used routinely to limit this behavior on the interior surfaces.  It was a setting called
"combing".  With this setting you can control how the nozzle makes travel moves.  With this setting setup properly, all the nozzle moves occur over the model and not across an open space.  It seems that could be what's happening in your picture, when using PS.  I have not seen a similar setting in PS, but it seems like it could prevent what you are depicting.

There are settings to make travel moves occur over the model, it’s not the same as combing though.
