Keeping imported config files

I can add a 'custom' printer configuration file and it works fine. But if I close prusa slicer and then reopen it the config file is gone.

Can someone please tell me what to do?

You have to save them individually. Use the save icon next to the Preset dropdown (called Save Preset).
