joining two stl to slice in prusa
I have two stl's that need to join together and I heard you can do this in Prusa slicer. I get how to add two prats but then I do not get how to make them come together as one stl. Any thoughts?

I don't have thought's. However, you can either add one of the .stl's and then add the other as a part to it, or you can bring them both in as objects and merge them after. Each way has distinct advantages depending on your needs.

If both parts were modelled together, and saved with the relative positions, unchanged, you can either load both parts together at the same time, and slicer should consider them part of the same model.
Or load one part, then whilst it is still selected, right click on the existing model, and use the 'Add Part' option to add the new part, and it should add, properly aligned with the first part

RE: joining two stl to slice in prusa
I stumbled upon this question, because I had the same problem. Solution for me was to bring the objects into position in Prusa, then select both via "Ctrl+A". Then right mouse click to bring up the menu and there you will find an option to merge.
